Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our go-to-market ISV partnerships globally. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Associate Business Development Partner Managers, coaching them to bring in new strategic ISV partnerships, and building a partnership lifecycle process with ServiceNow's Partner Relational Management Tool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow our go-to-market ISV partnerships globally, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
  • Lead a team of Associate Business Development Partner Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify, pursue, and close new ISV partnerships, leveraging your expertise in software industry domain and complex ISV technology solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and partners, driving cross-functional programs and processes to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal functional leaders to drive action and build world-class execution capability, ensuring seamless integration with our go-to-market functions.
  • Develop and maintain activity and performance reports and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of work experience in ISV partnerships or business development, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.
  • 2+ years of experience as a manager, with a strong background in leading high-performing teams and developing talent.
  • Software industry domain expertise, with a deep understanding of complex ISV technology solutions and opportunities.
  • Strong technical expertise to quickly understand ServiceNow core solutions and identify whitespace fit for an ISV partnership.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong ability to execute, ideally with experience driving cross-functional programs or processes.
  • Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment.
  • Strong team player with a willingness to travel at least 20%.
