About this position:

Wells Fargo is looking for a Senior Business Process Support Analyst to join our Commercial Banking Quality Assurance Group. This role is essential in implementing the Process Ownership/Management framework, which is vital for establishing and sustaining an effective operational risk structure within Market Coverage and Specialized Industries. The Process Managers will oversee similar process groups within the Process Owner's suite. Responsibilities include identifying process and control challenges, managing Corrective Action ownership, setting and evaluating key performance indicators, engaging in process enhancement initiatives, and ensuring proper control guidance and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead intricate projects related to various operational processes concerning Relationship Management and Account Origination, Execution, and Onboarding Risk Assessable Units, including corrective action ownership, control governance, process mapping, ORKRIs, and RCSA activities.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process enhancements within the portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance and report any identified issues for resolution.
  • Make informed decisions on complex process matters.
  • Develop a deep understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead a team and act as a subject matter expert within the department.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, internal partners, and managers to resolve issues and achieve objectives.
  • Receive guidance from leadership while exercising independent judgment to understand functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Relationship Support or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Comprehensive understanding of Commercial Banking operations and processes, particularly those affecting the Relationship Support organization.
  • Ability to manage and participate in large-scale, strategic initiatives while collaborating across a complex organization, including stakeholders from various departments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and develop actionable solutions for defined issues and process gaps.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to work on-site at a designated location.

Compensation:

The compensation range for this position is $73,000 to $155,900. The actual pay may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and work location.
