Position Title: Senior Financial Systems Analyst
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Compensation Range: $55-$60 per hour
Job Overview:
A prominent player in the global financial sector is in search of a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join their team. This role will spearhead the strategic implementation and management of the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) platform, while also engaging in Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM initiatives as required. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of existing business workflows and functional needs, and will collaborate with IT partners to define effective solutions that enhance processes, optimize configurations, and utilize system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and document business and team processes to ensure compliance and project success.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with departments such as treasury, billing, accounting, and IT to create a strategic roadmap that delivers value.
- Lead efforts in managing remote teams within a matrixed environment.
- Facilitate vendor and consultant partnerships, ensuring deliverables are met and relationships are nurtured.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with ORMB, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and configuration.
- 5+ years in business analysis or project management roles.
- Proven ability to manage remote resources effectively.
- Experience in implementing new functionalities and understanding the end-to-end process of system migrations and conversions.
Skills Required:
- Extensive knowledge of ORMB and familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in creating presentations for senior leadership.
- Ability to innovate and enhance systems and processes.
