Senior Business Product Analyst

Wells Fargo is looking for a Senior Business Product Analyst specializing in Performance and Talent Management to join our dedicated Talent Management & Learning product team. This role is crucial in fostering a diverse workforce and supporting the development of tools that enhance our employees' career growth.
The Senior Business Product Analyst will be responsible for delivering integrated technology solutions for performance and talent management, ensuring adherence to HR Product and Portfolio Management standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate closely with business partners to assess business needs, plan initiatives, and engage in efficient development, delivery, and deployment processes.
- Utilize your product expertise and industry insights to identify valuable opportunities for the business.
- Lead the planning, support, and execution of configuration and testing activities.
- Ensure that cross-functional dependencies are recognized, managed, and addressed to deliver initiatives with high quality and timeliness.
- Oversee multiple stakeholder groups, including global business teams, risk management, compliance, legal, and data privacy stakeholders.
- Assist in breaking down epics into actionable user stories.
- Maintain task status using JIRA or similar Agile management tools.
- Create comprehensive documentation to capture and communicate business processes and requirements, including business process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, data definition documents, decision trees, logic diagrams, requirements documents, and user experience flows.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, and education.
Desired Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include:
- Extensive knowledge of Performance and Talent Management business functions and products.
- 5+ years of experience with HR products/systems supporting Performance & Talent Management functions, particularly using Workday.
- Experience in an Agile environment and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Ability to interpret business and technical requirements and translate them into user stories.
- Experience in leading workshops and discussions to achieve client objectives.
- Capacity to work within cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and with quality.
- Familiarity with HR business processes.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Job Expectations:
Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.
