Position Overview:

General Responsibilities:
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, analyzing, and modifying systems across various applications. This role involves defining system objectives and preparing detailed system design specifications. The analyst will address interface issues and gather as well as analyze client business requirements to identify and resolve challenges. Acting as a communication bridge between business units and IT teams is a key responsibility.

In addition, the analyst will lead initiatives to operationalize Microsoft Co-Pilot. This includes gaining a comprehensive understanding of Co-Pilot's functionalities, creating knowledge bases, developing training plans for end users, and establishing processes for license deployment and management.

The role requires interaction with various IT and business teams, including Cybersecurity, legal, application packaging, software licensing, deskside support, and IT service desk.

A quick learner with excellent customer communication skills is essential. The analyst will engage with leaders across IT and business sectors to discuss the capabilities of the technology. Collaboration with external vendors, such as Microsoft, will also be part of the responsibilities.

Beyond the operationalization of Co-Pilot, the analyst will support the End User Services Agile POD on various initiatives aimed at enhancing the end-user experience.

A broad range of process and technical skills is highly desirable.
