Role Overview
We are looking for a proficient Senior Business Analyst to become a vital part of our Marketing Technology team. This role is essential in facilitating Allina Health's business transformation, focusing on the foundational build of their CRM ecosystem, particularly utilizing Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Administration: Oversee the administration and customization of Salesforce Health Cloud and related applications. Ensure user security and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Analysis and Documentation: Define business and functional requirements, develop prototypes, and validate resource needs while managing complex requirement conflicts.
  • Customer Management: Prepare technical reports, implement solutions to business challenges, and provide training for end-users.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate the onboarding of new vendors and maintain effective communication to optimize application functionality.
  • Project Management: Lead medium to large projects, developing plans and monitoring performance to meet business needs.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior analysts and foster a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications
Required:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Agile methodologies.
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or similar CRM platforms.
  • 1+ years of experience with CRM systems.
Preferred:
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Experience with Health Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Apex, HTML, and SQL.
