Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Process Support Analyst within the Commercial Banking Quality Assurance Group. This role is pivotal in establishing and sustaining an effective operational risk framework within Market Coverage and Specialized Industries. Process Managers will oversee the management of similar process groups within the Process Owner's suite. Responsibilities include identifying process and control challenges, overseeing Corrective Action ownership, setting and assessing key performance indicators, engaging in process enhancement initiatives, providing governance and control guidance, conducting RCSA activities, and maintaining process documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead intricate projects related to operational processes concerning Relationship Management and Account Origination, Execution, and Onboarding Risk Assessable Units, including corrective action ownership, control governance, process mapping, ORKRIs, and RCSA activities.
  • Spot opportunities for process optimization within the portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance and report identified issues for resolution.
  • Make informed decisions on complex process-related matters.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Guide the team and act as a subject matter expert for the department.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, internal partners, and managers to resolve issues and achieve objectives.
  • Receive guidance from leadership while exercising independent judgment to comprehend functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Relationship Support or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Comprehensive understanding of Commercial Banking operations and processes, particularly those affecting the Relationship Support organization.
  • Capability to manage and/or engage in large-scale, strategic initiatives collaborating across a diverse organization, including stakeholders from business, legal, risk, and control sectors.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving, identifying root causes, and developing actionable solutions for various defined issues and process gaps.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to work on-site at a designated location.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Compensation:

The base pay range for this position is $73,000 to $155,900. Compensation may vary based on factors such as achievements, skills, experience, or work location. This range is one component of the overall compensation package offered to candidates.
