Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Client Success Partner (CSP) to enhance our Global Client Success Partnership team. This team is dedicated to delivering substantial value to our clients, ensuring that talent management initiatives utilizing Fuel50 yield measurable long-term benefits for both clients and employees, along with significant business impact that aligns with client organizations' strategic objectives.

As a Client Success Partner, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, fostering deep and extensive relationships to ensure they are well-informed, motivated, and thriving in their utilization of Fuel50. You will proactively gather evidence of success by assisting clients in tracking return on investment (ROI) metrics, including impacts on internal mobility, employee retention, reskilling efforts, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B) initiatives, as well as overall employee engagement and satisfaction.

Your role will require strong internal collaboration with subject matter experts across Fuel50, including industrial-organizational psychologists, change management specialists, and product teams, to enhance client value through the expertise available within Fuel50.

This position is pivotal for revenue generation, allowing you to cultivate profitable client relationships while monitoring and driving customer renewals, expansions, and organic growth. For select accounts, you will also collaborate with sales teams to facilitate client expansion.

Key Relationships

  • Sales Lead: Collaborate with the lead sales representative during implementation and pilot phases to ensure successful contract transitions.
  • Client Partner: Work closely with fellow Client Success Partners to connect clients across different portfolios and regions, ensuring effective knowledge sharing.
  • Product Team: Provide valuable client feedback to support product development and contribute insights to the development strategy.
  • Client Success Strategists / Pathing Consultants: Introduce key subject matter experts as needed to facilitate client growth and success.
  • Client Success Team: Engage with the Client Success team during implementation and ongoing account management, collaborating with onboarding consultants and front-line client support.
  • Sales Team: Participate in calls with the sales team as needed to demonstrate the account management support available.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS client success, demonstrating the ability to deliver exceptional value to clients while navigating complex requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of Talent Management, with the capability to identify and articulate client needs, engaging in meaningful discussions with client stakeholders to provide insights and value.
  • Proven experience working with enterprise-level clients, ideally those with a workforce of 10,000 or more.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, capable of engaging in strategic conversations with senior HR leaders.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with a passion for supporting colleagues and fostering cross-functional relationships.
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, enabling effective orchestration of activities.
  • Familiarity with Client Success tools, best practices, and proficient management of CRM systems to ensure outstanding client experiences.
