About This Position
We are seeking a seasoned Client Success Partner (CSP) to enhance our Global Client Success Partnership team.

This team is dedicated to delivering significant value to our clients, ensuring that talent management initiatives utilizing Fuel50 yield measurable long-term benefits for both clients and employees, as well as a positive business impact that aligns with the strategic goals of client organizations.

As a Client Success Partner, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, cultivating strong and extensive relationships to ensure they are well-informed, motivated, and achieving success with Fuel50.

Your role will involve actively gathering evidence of client success by assisting them in tracking ROI, including metrics related to internal mobility, retention, reskilling, diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee satisfaction.

Building internal relationships with subject matter experts across Fuel50 (including IO Psychologists, change management specialists, and product teams) will be crucial in delivering added value to clients through the expertise available within Fuel50. This position is vital for revenue generation, allowing you to foster profitable client relationships while monitoring and driving customer renewals, expansions, and organic growth.

Key Relationships
Sales Lead:
Collaborate with the lead sales representative during implementation and pilot phases to ensure successful contract execution.

Client Partner:
Work closely with fellow Client Success Partners to connect clients across different portfolios and regions, facilitating knowledge sharing.

Product Team:
Support our product development team by providing client feedback and contributing valuable insights to the development strategy.

Client Success Strategists / Pathing Consultants:
Introduce key subject matter experts as necessary to bolster client growth and success.

Client Success Team:
During implementation and ongoing account management, collaborate with the Client Success team, including onboarding consultants, frontline client support, and configuration consultants, both during the implementation phase and post-launch for new projects.

Sales Team:
As needed, participate in calls with the sales team to demonstrate the account management support available.

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in SaaS client success, showcasing your ability to deliver exceptional value to clients while navigating complex client needs with ease.

A profound understanding of Talent Management, enabling you to identify and articulate client requirements, engage in meaningful discussions with client stakeholders, and provide insights that enhance the partnership.

Proven experience working with enterprise clients, ideally with a customer base of 10,000+ employees.

Highly relationship-oriented, capable of engaging in strategic business conversations with senior HR leaders.

Collaborative and team-oriented, you will thrive in supporting colleagues and building cross-functional internal relationships.

Exceptional facilitation and communication skills are essential for orchestrating activities effectively.

To ensure outstanding client experiences, familiarity with Client Success tools, best practices, and effective CRM management is required.
