Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Client Success Partner (CSP) to enhance our Global Client Success Partnership team. This team plays a pivotal role in delivering substantial value to our clients, ensuring that talent management initiatives utilizing Fuel50 yield measurable long-term benefits for both clients and employees, while aligning with the overarching business and HR strategies of client organizations.

As a Client Success Partner, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, cultivating robust and extensive relationships with each one. Your goal will be to keep clients informed, motivated, and thriving in their utilization of Fuel50. You will proactively gather evidence of success by assisting clients in tracking return on investment (ROI) metrics, such as impacts on internal mobility, retention rates, reskilling efforts, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B) initiatives, as well as overall employee engagement and satisfaction.

Building strong internal connections with subject matter experts across Fuel50, including IO Psychologists, change management specialists, and product teams, will be essential to delivering enhanced client value through the expertise available within Fuel50.

This position is crucial for revenue generation, allowing you to foster profitable client relationships while monitoring and driving customer renewals, expansions, and organic growth. For select accounts, you will also collaborate with sales teams to facilitate client expansion.

Key Relationships

  • Sales Lead: Collaborate with the lead sales representative during implementation and pilot phases to ensure successful contract transitions.
  • Client Partner: Work in tandem with other Client Success Partners to enhance connections among clients from different portfolios and regions, ensuring effective knowledge sharing.
  • Product Team: Provide valuable client feedback to our product development team, contributing insights to the development strategy.
  • Client Success Strategists / Pathing Consultants: Introduce key subject matter experts as needed to support client growth and success.
  • Client Success Team: Engage closely with the Client Success team during implementation and ongoing account management, including onboarding consultants and front-line client support.
  • Sales Team: Participate in calls with the sales team as necessary to demonstrate the account management support available.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS client success, demonstrating your ability to deliver exceptional value to clients while navigating complex requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of Talent Management, with the capability to identify and articulate client needs, engaging in meaningful discussions with client stakeholders to provide insights and value to the partnership.
  • Proven experience working with enterprise clients, ideally with a customer base of 10,000+ employees.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, enabling strategic business conversations with senior HR leaders.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, you will thrive in supporting colleagues and fostering cross-functional internal relationships.
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills to ensure outstanding client experiences, along with proficiency in Client Success tools and effective CRM management.
