We are seeking a skilled Client Success Specialist to enhance our Global Client Success Partnership team. As a Client Success Specialist, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, fostering strong and comprehensive relationships to ensure they are well-informed, motivated, and achieving success with Fuel50. You will proactively gather evidence of client success by assisting them in tracking return on investment (ROI) metrics, including internal mobility, employee retention, reskilling efforts, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B) initiatives, as well as overall employee engagement and satisfaction.

Your role will be crucial in building internal connections with subject matter experts across Fuel50, including industrial-organizational psychologists, change management professionals, and product specialists, who will contribute to delivering enhanced value to clients through their expertise.

This position is vital for revenue generation, allowing you to cultivate profitable client relationships while monitoring and driving customer renewals, expansions, and organic growth. For select accounts, you will collaborate with the sales team to facilitate client expansion opportunities.

Key Relationships

  • Sales Lead: Collaborate with the lead sales representative during implementation and pilot phases to ensure successful contract transitions.
  • Client Partner: Work closely with fellow Client Success Specialists to connect clients across different portfolios and regions, promoting knowledge sharing.
  • Product Team: Provide insights and client feedback to support our product development team and contribute to strategic development initiatives.
  • Client Success Strategists: Introduce key subject matter experts as needed to foster client growth and success.
  • Client Success Team: Collaborate with the Client Success team during implementation and ongoing account management, including onboarding consultants and configuration specialists.
  • Sales Team: Participate in calls with the sales team as needed to showcase the account management support available.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS client success, demonstrating the ability to deliver exceptional value to clients while navigating complex requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of Talent Management, with the capability to identify and articulate client needs and engage in meaningful discussions with client stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working with enterprise-level clients, ideally with a workforce of 10,000 or more.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, enabling strategic conversations with senior HR leaders.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a passion for supporting colleagues and fostering cross-functional relationships.
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Client Success tools, best practices, and effective CRM management to ensure outstanding client experiences.
