Job Summary

This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in North America.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in sales development and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agricultural and industrial equipment, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Business Development Sales Representative will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners;
  • Identifying new business opportunities and pursuing leads;
  • Providing product training and support to customers;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the agricultural or industrial equipment industry;
  • Proven track record of sales growth and business development;
  • Strong understanding of agricultural and industrial equipment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to travel extensively (80%+);
  • Clean driving record;
  • Spanish language proficiency a plus;
  • Agronomic and technical knowledge preferred.
What We Offer

Pellenc America, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Estimated Salary: $70,000/year
