Business Growth Strategist

Fifty Two Concepts Fresno is a prominent consulting and sales firm in the Fresno area. With proven results, we have established ourselves as leaders in customer acquisition. Due to our increasing clientele, we are expanding our organization and aiming to develop into multiple new markets.
We are seeking a Business Development Associate who wants to take on leadership roles. Our goal is to create professional, interactive experiences that generate new business and maximize sales profitability for our clients' brands. The successful candidate will lead with quality customer service, tailoring conversations to make our customers think differently about information presented to them.
The purpose of a Business Development Associate is to build brand awareness and drive in-person one-on-one conversations to increase sales through customer engagement on behalf of our expanding clientele. They will work closely with our clients' customers to create personalized experiences through in-person interactions based on individual needs and customizable packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recognize customer needs, manage existing accounts, increase sales performance, and document results to develop new business.
- Understand customer base and company products to better recommend service enhancements to customers that will increase sales.
- Work with other Business Development Associates to establish, monitor, and record weekly targets and goals.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings by providing new ideas to improve sales margins based on consumer feedback.
- Manage provided territory thoroughly and keep track of all customer interactions to maximize sales in that area.
- Continue sales and leadership development through weekly meetings, webinars, and joint calls with top Business Development Associates, Sales Representatives, and Managers across the country.
Requirements:
- College degree, relevant work experience as a sales representative, customer service representative, or customer-facing experience.
- Ability to control any situation and take action as a problem solver.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
- Competitive nature, striving to outperform others.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
