Receptionist - Temp Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to provide administrative support to our guests and internal clients at Beacon Hill Inc.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to guests and internal clients
  • Manage visitor registration, meeting logistics, and other administrative tasks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for general inquiries and requests
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1+ years of experience in a corporate reception setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, anticipate needs, and work independently
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to guests and internal clients
  • Managing visitor registration, meeting logistics, and other administrative tasks
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for general inquiries and requests
  • Performing additional administrative tasks as needed

Working hours are flexible, with a standard 8-hour shift within the 7:30am-6:30pm time frame. The pay rate for this opportunity is $20/HR (or $22.50/HR for breaker shifts).
