Full-Time Customer Engagement Specialist

T-Mobile Premium Retailer - TCC Wireless

Earn up to $20+/hour including base pay and commission

The Customer Engagement Specialist (CES) thrives in a dynamic and energetic atmosphere. As a CES, you serve as the vital link between the customer and the T-Mobile brand. Your enthusiasm for the wireless sector and in-depth knowledge of products—from the latest smartphones to competitive pricing plans—sets you apart. As a valued member of the TCC Wireless team, you are dedicated to fostering enduring relationships and meaningful connections with both customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

To succeed in this role, you must be able to perform the essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming customers in-store, responding to phone inquiries, and assessing their needs.
  • Drive monthly sales targets by acquiring new customer accounts, optimizing existing accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with TCC Wireless team members and customers across all business channels.
  • Collaborate with store management to open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory management, and deposits in accordance with operational standards.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, back room, restrooms, and personal workspace according to retail standards.
  • Engage customers to understand their needs through thoughtful questions and provide support with service activations, changes, bill payments, equipment replacements, accessory sales, and plan upgrades.
  • Be accountable for achieving assigned performance metrics.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 6 months of experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail setting
  • Professional, energetic, honest, patient, and empathetic demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand for extended periods on the sales floor
  • Capability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
