Position Summary:

This role requires a proactive individual with strong computer skills, a professional demeanor, and exceptional organizational abilities. The receptionist will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of communication and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Assist visitors and manage walk-in inquiries.
  • Track and report requests for estimates received via calls and emails.
  • Create purchase orders as required in the ERP system.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized office environment, including reception, kitchen, and conference areas.
  • Provide administrative support, including drafting proposals and managing project entries in the ERP system.
  • Handle document management tasks such as copying, faxing, and filing.
  • Prepare correspondence and outreach materials.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper distribution and postage.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and assist with ordering as needed.

Qualifications:

A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in an administrative capacity is preferred. Candidates should possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

This position may require occasional lifting and moving of items up to 50 pounds, as well as the ability to perform various physical tasks.

Work Environment:

The work environment is typically moderate in noise and may involve exposure to varying weather conditions.
