**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Client Support Specialist, you will:

  • Welcome customers and assist them with their inquiries.
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions.
  • Provide product recommendations and support our food program.
  • Maintain the store's high standards of appearance and cleanliness.
  • Ensure consistent and reliable onsite attendance.
  • Engage with numerous customers daily while collaborating with a spirited team to achieve daily objectives.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

It would be advantageous if you have:

  • Experience in retail and customer service.
  • Background as a sales associate or cashier.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A drive to progress in your career.
  • A willingness to learn and enjoy your work.

**Physical Requirements:**

The role requires:

  • The ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
  • Lifting and/or carrying items up to 30 pounds for short durations.
  • Occasional lifting of heavier items up to 60 pounds.
  • Using force to push or pull objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Bending and twisting as needed throughout the shift.
  • Manipulating objects with hands, which may include climbing to reach materials.
