Outside Sales Development Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Development Manager to join our team at Southern Lift Trucks. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing top line sales, market share, and bottom-line profit.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and promote company brand
- Promote sales of new and used equipment, parts, service, and rental within assigned territory
- Meet or exceed assigned market share and profitability objectives
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years' experience in selling complex products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
