  • Oversee the warranty return process, schedule replacement estimates, and follow up with supply houses as needed.
  • Perform light sales duties, such as promoting service agreements and accessories.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a related position, such as customer service or technical support.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to use Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working in an HVAC company is a plus, but not required.
