Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Care Specialist to join our dynamic office team. As a Client Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in our day-to-day operations, providing vital assistance to both our customers and field technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls from potential and current customers, responding to their questions and updating their information in our database.
  • Schedule service requests for when the right technician is available for the job.
  • Oversee the warranty return process, schedule replacement estimates, and communicate with supply houses.
  • Perform light sales duties, such as promoting service agreements and accessories.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a related position.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to use Microsoft Excel.
