Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Based on the location and requirements of this position, we estimate the salary to be within this range. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case Management: Provide one-on-one support to clients, helping them navigate available resources and services.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits to rapid rehousing DV clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing guidance when needed.
  • Training and Meetings: Participate in mandatory agency trainings and attend internal and external meetings, staying informed about program developments and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English required and a second language preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern business communications, including personal computers, electronic mail, voicemail, facsimile, and copier equipment.
