Key Responsibilities:
  • Serving as a liaison with airline partners
  • Processing client requests through system
  • Assessing customer needs and responding in a timely and professional manner
  • Following up on all client requests and transactions to ensure client satisfaction
  • Resolving client disagreements in a calm and professional manner
  • Researching and presenting solutions to satisfy client needs based on facts
  • Effectively using phone, email, fax, and Reservation Systems to track and provide solutions


Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have prior customer service experience in a fast-paced client-facing environment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn new software. You should be available to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
