Job Overview

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives by successfully supporting your team in acquiring accounts within multiple geographic territories. This role offers a unique opportunity to own a geographic territory and drive business growth through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking, under the supervision of a sales manager.
  • Analyze customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, tailoring customer recommendations to negotiate and close business.
  • Negotiate and close deals, working closely with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
  • Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting to ensure accurate sales projections.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment.
  • Task management, customer service, communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills are essential for success in this role.
