Job Title: Account Executive

Omnisend is a leading email and SMS marketing platform that empowers ecommerce businesses to grow their online presence. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing and closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound efforts and inbound leads.
  • Build relationships with ecommerce brands, understanding their marketing strategies, pain points, and goals.
  • Deliver compelling product demos that showcase Omnisend's value to prospective customers.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close, ensuring a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and improve client onboarding.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and ecommerce marketing technologies.
  • Accurately forecast and report sales activity in Hubspot and other assigned tools.
Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of proven success in a similar Account Executive or tech sales role, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the ecommerce or marketing automation space.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly eCommerce, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and international team environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment with changing priorities.
