**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing client relationships. This is a strategic role that requires a strong understanding of the transportation industry and excellent negotiation abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute innovative sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a sales/customer relationship team to ensure exceptional service and customized solutions for our clients.
  • Manage and optimize our CRM platform to ensure data accuracy and integrity, and collaborate with Operations to customize CRM tools that align with sales objectives.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements to drive sales growth and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close deals with large customers to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Partner with Studio and Corporate division heads to develop customer retention strategies and attend networking events and conferences to build relationships with potential clients.
  • Work with Operations and Marketing on targeted drip campaigns to ensure appropriate follow-up and participate in drafting compelling RFP responses.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Proven success in sales management and business development, with a natural ability to lead and train a sales team.
  • Experience in building and training a sales team from scratch, with a strong understanding of CRM platforms and data management.
  • Strategic thinking and excellent negotiation abilities, with a ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in leveraging AI to enhance sales and marketing efforts, with experience in the vehicle rental industry an advantage.
