Job Description

As a Sales Engineer at Engineering Equipment Sales, Inc., you will play a key role in supporting business development and account planning within your assigned territory.

You will act as a liaison and work directly with various manufacturers to manage existing business relationships and validate new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business development and account planning within your assigned territory
  • Act as a liaison and work directly with various manufacturers
  • Manage existing business relationships and validate new opportunities
  • Handle customer requests and requirements
  • Manage business travel, including record-keeping of mileage and expenses
  • Occasionally fill in outside of your assigned territory when needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the HVACR industry
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS, and PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
  • Basic organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and access to an automobile, as travel within your assigned territory is required
  • Minimum of a 2-Year Technical Degree; a Bachelor of Science in Engineering is preferred

$40k-$60k/year base plus commissions. Target earnings of $150k/year or more
