Job Title: Commercial Business Development Lead

Cotton Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Business Development Lead to spearhead our growth initiatives and cultivate new client partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional services to our commercial clientele, specializing in emergency and non-emergency restoration, disaster recovery, construction, and cleaning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in expanding our national presence and driving sales for commercial clients across multiple industries.
  • Utilize your well-established network to foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the commercial industry.
  • Deliver not only emergency but non-emergency restoration and disaster recovery solutions for commercial clients, positioning Target Solutions as a trusted partner.
  • Spearhead initiatives to introduce cutting-edge solutions that address the unique needs of commercial clients during global disaster events and preplanned projects.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and opportunities within the restoration and construction industry, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Marketing/Business degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, conducting sales and business development activities across commercial markets.
  • Ability to travel 50%, both domestically and internationally as business needs require.
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
