Commercial Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our proprietary technology-based Inventory Management system (RNI). As a key member of our team, you will drive the adoption of RNI, working closely with customers, manufacturer partners, and internal teams to refine and promote our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow RNI adoption and expand our consignment inventory management program.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and product demos.
  • Negotiate contracts and clarify business terms for new RNI customers.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through onboarding large-scale RNI installations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or Supply Chain preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years in healthcare sales or marketing with a focus on supply chain management, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
  • Advanced negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Expertise in managing complex customer relationships and projects.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
