Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (any major) from an accredited college or university.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Salesforce skills are a must.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience developing and maintaining data warehouses with at least 3 years in a lead role.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a reporting and analytics role that engages directly with business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence architectures and implementation experience with the technologies that support them, ranging from traditional data discovery and reporting toolsets to database, ELT, and ML platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, including a foundation in data warehousing concepts, data normalization, and dimensional data modeling.
  • Understanding of cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience with integrating into traditional hosting models.
  • Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience using complex table joins and advanced analytical functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather input from multiple sources and articulate technical recommendations that drive key architecture and business decisions.
  • Working knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, or Tableau.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and leverage resources and skillsets across various functional and technical domains.
  • Understanding of IT project management methodologies and SDLC processes, such as Agile Scrum and Waterfall.
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the comfort to communicate with all levels of the organization.
