Business Development Manager

A Business Development Manager is sought by BFT - Brea to drive studio revenue growth through strategic community outreach, in-studio lead generation, and member referrals. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales experience, leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills.
The selected individual will be responsible for aligning with daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets, leading grassroots marketing efforts, and implementing a sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes. They must also manage staff schedules, hold team members accountable for daily KPI execution, and directly communicate with vendors.
Key responsibilities include overseeing sales processes, identifying areas of improvement, developing training curriculum to enhance team member skillsets, ensuring accurate inventory counts, and supervising the Sales Associate team. Additionally, they must display proficiency in ClubReady, ensure all administrative supplies are stocked, and schedule lead generation events.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Commission paid on individual sales, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
