HVAC Business Development Representative

Champions Group Holdings is a nationwide leader in the provision of essential home services. We are seeking an experienced Customer Acquisition Specialist to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales calls, leveraging expertise in residential HVAC, heating, and plumbing services.
- Effectively communicate our value proposition to clients, highlighting the benefits of our comprehensive suite of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical products.
- Build strong relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product portfolio and services to provide informed advice to clients.
- Record customer interactions, actions taken, and outcomes achieved to inform future sales strategies.
- Achieve productivity standards and goals set by management while maintaining high-quality calls and adhering to expected call flows and scripts.
- Deliver sales results that meet or exceed targets established by management.
What We Offer:
- Estimated annual salary: $41,600 - $52,000 based on 40 hours/week at $20/hour.
