Front Office Team Lead

As a Front Office Manager at the Hilton Santa Clara, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front office department. This includes managing a team of front desk agents, night auditors, and bell staff to ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain high standards for front office staff performance, including adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up as needed.
- Work closely with sales and revenue managers to optimize room sales and achieve hotel revenue goals.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on front office operations, including statistical analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Attend training seminars and workshops to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and to enhance supervisory skills.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front office management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $78,000 - $83,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
