Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at AC Santa Clara, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and register guests, provide information about hotel services and facilities, and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest requests, and maintain accurate records of guest reservations and payments.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient hotel operations and provide excellent service to guests.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is beneficial.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
