Training Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our team at Tennyson Center for Children. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving our training program to ensure that all staff members have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care and services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and coordinate training programs that meet the needs of our staff and clients
- Utilize adult learning principles to design and deliver engaging learning solutions
- Oversee and maintain Relias data entry and maintenance
- Recommend and assign LMS, Relias online training resources
- Coordinate and manage all new hire trainings in collaboration with leaders and stakeholders
- Responsible for coordinating all training across TCC
- Responsible for all new hire and refreshers classes to include CPR classes
- Administrative tracking of ALL certifications and renewals
- Coordinates all new QMAP classes and tracks certifications and renewals
- Plan, develops and implements trainings as needs and regulations require
- Coordinates with the Compliance department and HR to ensure dissemination and compliance of state and agency policies and or when disciplinary process include a training plan
- Adjust and build out trainings based on CDHS Volume 7 requirements amongst other licensing entities
- Four-year degree
- Four years of trauma informed care experience and/or combined training development and delivery in a place serving youth or mental health services
- Additional experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
- Professional certification to deliver TCI required and or willing to obtain
- Valid State of CO Driver License
