Job Overview

First Western is seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Human Capital department, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Training & Development Lead and Instructional Designers with various administrative functions, projects, and assignments.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and other platforms, ensuring seamless delivery of training programs.
  • Track and manage ongoing training, including roster management and weekly progress reports.
  • Contribute to the management of First Western's wellness program, including training and wellness challenge events.
  • Develop and maintain the company-wide training calendar, serving as the primary point of contact for associate questions.
  • Provide production support for in-person and virtual training offerings, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and virtual training (vILT).
  • Support New Hire Orientation, including candidate survey feedback, travel logistics, and day-of administration.
  • Assist with Professional Development Program (PDP) activities, including recruitment events, LinkedIn Learning, and final project support.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including Value Selling, Moody's, Kolbe, and Crucial Conversations.

Requirements:

  • Teaching or training facilitation experience preferred.
  • Experience with LMS administration preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Pay Range: $24.24-$31.50 USD
