About the Role:
In this exciting role, you'll gain hands-on experience in a progressively defined program to develop your supervisory skills, business acumen, and ability to lead a restaurant operation. You'll work closely with our management team and team members to ensure our guests receive exceptional experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering memorable guest experiences and coaching other managers on recruiting, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensuring team members and management team are trained properly using CAVA tools
- Providing performance feedback and recognition to team members on a consistent basis
- Assisting and learning from the General Manager to execute administration duties, including P&L, budgets, and cost controls
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with change. You'll also need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Physical Requirements:
You'll need to be able to bend and reach overhead often, possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment, and be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold. You may be required to work in tight spaces and maintain near constant communication with multiple people.
