Position Overview We are in search of a Head of Marketing Strategy to spearhead and articulate our marketing and customer engagement initiatives aimed at boosting sales and enhancing customer loyalty within the Industrial Manufacturing sector. This pivotal role involves crafting and implementing marketing strategies that promote growth, elevate brand visibility, and improve customer retention. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in B2B Product Marketing specific to Industrial Manufacturing, lead generation, market analysis, go-to-market strategies, and comprehensive marketing programs. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Direct and mentor our marketing and customer service teams to ensure effective project execution and management, while fostering team development.
  2. Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover new opportunities, track industry trends, and gain insights into customer preferences.
  3. Define and oversee our marketing and customer engagement strategies to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty.
  4. Develop and implement our go-to-market strategy, ensuring successful introduction and promotion of our products and services to the intended audience.
  5. Manage the creation and execution of impactful marketing programs that enhance customer interaction and drive business growth.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overarching business goals and maintain a cohesive brand message.
  7. Strategically identify customer personas, assess their needs, and pinpoint target customers based on product offerings and market segments.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
  2. Proven experience in B2B marketing of industrial products is essential.
  3. A minimum of 7 years in a marketing leadership capacity within the industrial manufacturing field.
  4. Demonstrated success in B2B marketing, lead generation, market research, go-to-market strategy, and customer retention.
  5. Strong grasp of marketing strategy with the ability to devise effective marketing initiatives.
  6. Excellent communication skills with the capacity to influence various stakeholders within the organization.
  7. Willingness to travel as needed.
