Job Description:
The Operations Coordinator - Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the Executive Pastor of Operations at Pantano Christian Church. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the pastor.
  • Maintain an organized system for incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the pastor.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for the pastor.
  • Take minutes during meetings and distribute them as necessary.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and gather information as requested by the pastor.
  • Assist in preparing documents, communication, or other materials.
  • Execute administrative/office needs and reports for the Operations Team.
  • Prepare monthly credit card expense reports for team members.
