Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team at Leonardo Electronics US Inc. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in the efficient operation of our manufacturing department. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules and inventories to ensure timely delivery of products.
The successful candidate will have three to five years of experience in production planning and materials management. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is required. Professional certification in CPIM is a plus. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. He/She must also be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and dress up for Cleanroom environments as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules and inventories to ensure timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering departments to establish schedules and plans
- Develop and maintain Master Production Schedules (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) through the ERP system
- Participate in Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) cycle and lead additional planning meetings
