We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in crafting innovative frontend systems. This role is pivotal in our commitment to delivering outstanding user experiences for our clients while providing mentorship to junior frontend developers and upholding coding standards.

In this position, you will actively participate in an Agile framework, engaging in time-boxed sprints that utilize the Scrum methodology. Effective collaboration with Product Owners and team members will be essential as we strive to develop state-of-the-art web and mobile applications.

Familiarity with React Native will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced, responsive web applications.
  • Architect and develop scalable, maintainable frontend solutions in partnership with design and product teams.
  • Create clear, reusable components and libraries for future development.
  • Enhance application performance across various web-capable devices and browsers.
  • Guide and mentor frontend developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
  • Design, develop, document, test, and troubleshoot new software systems.
  • Serve as a technical authority on development projects.

Demonstrate initiative by exploring new technologies and keeping up with the latest trends in the frontend development community.

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in frontend application development.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Thorough understanding of frontend development principles.
  • Hands-on experience with state management tools such as Redux.
  • Familiarity with frontend build tools including yarn, webpack, eslint, and jest.
  • Strong ability to consume RESTful APIs.
  • Expertise in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Knowledge of software design patterns and core principles.
  • Understanding of architecture in large-scale applications.
  • Proven leadership experience in a web application development team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, emphasizing collaboration.

For remote work arrangements, a reliable internet connection with specific speed requirements is essential.

The compensation for this role is expected to be an annual salary of 123,600 USD, influenced by factors such as experience and location. Eligibility for an annual bonus plan is also anticipated.
