We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Frontend Software Engineer who excels in crafting innovative web solutions. In this position, you will actively participate in an Agile development environment, working within structured sprints utilizing the Scrum framework. Close collaboration with Product Owners and fellow team members will be essential as we strive to develop state-of-the-art web and mobile applications.
Familiarity with React Native will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and implementation of advanced, responsive web applications.
- Architect and develop scalable, maintainable frontend solutions in partnership with design and product teams.
- Create clear, reusable components and libraries for future use.
- Enhance application performance across various web-capable devices and browsers.
- Mentor and support frontend developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews to uphold quality, performance, and best practices.
- Design, develop, document, test, and troubleshoot new software systems.
- Serve as a technical authority on development projects.
Show initiative by exploring emerging technologies and staying updated with the latest trends in the frontend development community.
Qualifications:- At least 5 years of experience in frontend application development.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- In-depth understanding of frontend development principles.
- Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
- Familiarity with frontend build tools like yarn, webpack, eslint, and jest.
- Strong ability to consume RESTful APIs.
- Proficient in responsive design and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of software design patterns and core principles.
- Experience in large-scale application architecture.
- Demonstrated leadership within a web application development team.
- Effective communication skills in English, emphasizing collaboration.

The compensation for this role is projected to be an annual salary of 123,600 USD, influenced by factors such as experience and location. Eligibility for an annual bonus plan is also anticipated.
