Senior Frontend Software Engineer

We are in search of a proficient and experienced Senior Software Engineer specializing in the development of innovative frontend systems. Your role will be pivotal in crafting exceptional user experiences for our clients while providing mentorship to junior front-end developers and upholding coding standards.

In this position, you will actively participate in an Agile environment, engaging in time-boxed sprints guided by the Scrum methodology. Close collaboration with Product Owners and team members will be essential as we strive to build state-of-the-art web and mobile applications.

Familiarity with React Native will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced, responsive web applications.
  • Architect and develop scalable, maintainable frontend solutions in partnership with design and product teams.
  • Create clear, reusable components and libraries for future use.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance across diverse web-capable devices and browsers.
  • Mentor and support frontend developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
  • Design, develop, document, test, and debug new software systems.
  • Serve as a technical authority on development projects.

Show initiative by exploring new technologies and keeping up with the latest trends in the frontend development community.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend application development.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Thorough understanding of frontend development principles.
  • Hands-on experience with state management tools such as Redux.
  • Familiarity with frontend build tools like yarn, webpack, eslint, and jest.
  • Strong skills in consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Expertise in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Understanding of software design patterns and core principles.
  • Knowledge of architecture in large-scale applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership in a web application development team.
  • Effective communication skills in English, emphasizing collaboration.

The anticipated compensation for this role is an annual salary of 123,600 USD, influenced by factors such as experience and location. Eligibility for an annual bonus plan is also expected.
