Sales Professional

DIFILIPPO is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and developing relationships with existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service our existing client base with exceptional customer service and support.
- Research and identify new business opportunities in the B2B market.
- Supervise and lead a small team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Train and develop new team members on our sales systems and processes.
- Provide daily reporting on sales activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed.
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
