Lead Our Organization as a Sales Agent

DIFILIPPO is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and developing relationships with existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service our existing client base with exceptional customer service and support.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities in the B2B market.
  • Supervise and lead a small team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Train and develop new team members on our sales systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting on sales activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
