Job Title: Automotive Sales Professional

Job Summary:
Undisclosed is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales advice to customers based on inspection findings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales and service advice to customers based on inspection findings
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers
  • Greet and check in customers and collect customer information to provide accurate services
  • Review store operations with company expectations and goals
  • Help build accurate estimates and repair orders, present electronic inspection findings to support service and repair recommendations

Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience in automotive industry
  • 5 years' experience in sales
  • Experience as a manager over retail or similar store
  • Experience providing customer service
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Professional and personal integrity
  • Good attitude, willing to work hard and produce good results
  • Honest, loyal, trustworthy
  • Valid driver's license

Knowledge Base:
  • General vehicle operation and maintenance standards
  • Oil changes, brakes, tires, exhaust and electrical services
  • Fluid flushes, tuneups, state inspection standards, suspension systems
  • Shocks, struts, steering and transmissions

Pay Rate:
Up to $120000 per year
