Position Overview:

LinQuest is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to contribute to our operations. In this role, you will collaborate with government clients to develop comprehensive financial plans, evaluate program performance, and provide insights on compliance with established policies and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with technical teams to outline project scope and acquisition strategies for evolving program requirements.
  • Support the management of project lifecycles and program activities.
  • Facilitate daily communication with various external agency financial and technical representatives.
  • Ensure prompt and effective fund transfers through external agency protocols to fulfill critical mission requirements.
  • Prepare and coordinate briefings for management approvals.
  • Conduct technical evaluations for government leadership to support program control initiatives.
  • Participate in regular contract and program status reviews and meetings.
  • Monitor contractor performance and execute custom analysis tasks as needed.
  • Assist in contractual and budget planning, including future competitive acquisitions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in financial management within program support.
  • 3+ years of experience in support of NRO, DIA, or NGA programs.
  • Proven experience in addressing client needs effectively.
  • Experience in managing new and baseline programs throughout the entire program management lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with budget planning and acquisition processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills to maintain program funding profiles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to work in secure environments.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with a recent CI Polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of direct support to a US Government Financial Office.
  • Strong analytical skills to clearly communicate financial issues to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with full life-cycle development project funding.
  • Familiarity with financial management tools such as Tableau.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to changing priorities.
