Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in the US Federal Contracting Compliance department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and compliance, with a focus on US Federal contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform financial analysis on Federally funded contracts to ensure compliance with Federal Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and other regulations.
  • Audit expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Work closely with operations to provide pricing on proposals and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Perform quarterly indirect cost calculations for allowability and reasonableness.
  • Review contractor proposals for compliance with CAS and other rules and regulations, including Disclosure Statement requirements.
  • Ensure expenditures are accurately coded and allocated to eligible cost categories.
  • Manage and review of the forward pricing rates.
  • Manage and review of the indirect cost submission.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Experience working with US Federal contracts is required, including accounting and/or ensuring financial compliance for federally funded projects and programs.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
  • Consulting or Public Accounting experience is a strong asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work both within a team and independently while interacting with internal leadership.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
