Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and sustain comprehensive financial management information systems.
2. Collaborate with management, technical teams, and contractors to synchronize financial strategies with program goals.
3. Ensure precise financial reporting through thorough research, compilation, verification, and summarization of program and financial data, including conducting Reviews (BMRs), ensuring Cost Accumulation Policy (CAP) compliance, and maintaining GEAC.
5. Assess program performance and propose resource distributions.
6. Assist in the formulation of the President's budget submission for large-scale acquisition programs.
8. Cultivate a solid understanding of financial policies, regulations, procedural guidelines, and strategic matters to evaluate their impact on financial management.
9. Input budgetary data into various financial systems and create reports using Microsoft applications, including NRO Execution Tool (NEXT), NEAR, NFIS, FIT, FIRsT, and EpX Studio.
10. Provide Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and other quantitative assessments to support recommendations for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience.
- Experience within the Intelligence Community (IC) and/or Department of Defense (DoD) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables and macros).
