Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Guest Service Representative/Front Desk Agent to join our team at Marriott Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest check-ins and check-outs, room reservations, and requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and confirm guest check-ins and check-outs, including room reservations and requests
  • Process and secure payment, verify and adjust billing as needed
  • Activate and file room keys, ensuring accurate and efficient guest access
  • Relay messages and process guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in hotel operations and front desk software
