Job Title: Front Desk Agent for Luxury Hotel

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Greenwich Hotel. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless stay for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues related to guest rooms.
  • Concierge Services: Provide concierge services to our guests, including making reservations, booking transportation, and assisting with special requests.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Experience: Prior hotel experience is highly desirable, but not required. We are looking for individuals who possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
