Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hampton Inn Grand Central. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room assignments, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Service: Greet and register guests, provide information about hotel services and amenities, and ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
  2. Room Assignments: Assign rooms to guests, verify credit, and ensure accurate room postings.
  3. Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  4. Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
  5. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
